Our warehouse staff are trained to package your goods precisely according to the specifications we offer. Your goods will go through an exhaustive inspection and properly secured before they are shipped. Every day we ship thousands of packages to clients from all over the world. Our dedication to becoming the biggest online retailer worldwide is demonstrated by this. We have distribution centers as well as warehouses in Europe and the USA.
Please note that orders with more than one item are subject to a processing period that is based to the specific item.
Prior to shipment, all purchased items will be thoroughly examined. The majority of orders will be shipped within 48 hours. The delivery time is estimated to be between 3 and seven days.
Returns
The stock is constantly changing. It is not managed entirely by us since we are involved with multiple organizations, such as the factory and the storage. Stock levels can fluctuate at any moment. Be aware that it's possible that your order will become unavailable even after you have made the order.
Our policy lasts for thirty days. We will not replace or refund your purchase if it has been 30 days since you purchased it.
The item should not be used, and it must be in the original packaging. The item should be returned in its original packaging.
