Prompt shipping and expert packing

We provide a variety of shipping options thanks to our long-running partnerships with UPS, FedEx and DHL. Our warehouse employees will pack every item to our exacting requirements. Before shipment, all items are thoroughly inspected and safely secured. Every day, we deliver to thousands of customers across many countries. This shows our commitment to become the biggest online retailer on earth. The warehouses are located situated in Europe as much as they are in the USA.

Note that orders containing multiple items are given a processing time according to the specific item.

Before shipping, all ordered items will be thoroughly inspected. Most orders are shipped within 48 hours. It is expected that delivery will take between three and seven days.

Returns

Due to multiple parties which include the factory as well as the warehouse, we cannot fully manage stock. The stock can change at any moment. Please understand it may happen that your order is out of stock once your order has been made.

The policy is for 30 days. We are unable to return or exchange your purchase after 30 days since you purchased it.

The item must not be used, and it must be in its original condition. It should also remain in the original packaging.
